Announcing 2017 danceWEB Scholarship recipient – Rachell Clark
The Tanja Liedtke Foundation in partnership with ImPulsTanz – dance WEB Scholarship Program is proud to announce Rachell Clark is the first recipient of the Tanja Liedtke Foundation Scholarship to attend ImPulsTanz in Vienna in July and August of this year.
Rachell has been working between Berlin and Melbourne since 2014 following her graduation from the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne.
“Thank you so much to the Tanja Liedtke Foundation for supporting my danceWEB scholarship to take part in the ImPlusTanz festival this coming summer in Vienna.
I feel honoured and excited to seize this opportunity which will expand my arts practice and allow me to continue learning and widening my concept of performance, performance making and art.
Throughout my time in Vienna I will experience new art practices, participate in workshops and research projects, see performances, study with this year’s Artistic Mentor, Doris Uhlich, and collaborate with my fellow danceWEB peers. I am thrilled at the prospect of all these up and coming new experiences and cannot wait to be part of the lively and invigorating ImPlusTanz environment.”
